Who's Eligible
High school and home-schooled students who reside in Johnson County and who graduate with a 3.25 unweighted GPA.
Although a FAFSA is not a requirement to receive this scholarship, you are encouraged to complete one to increase your scholarship eligibility.
How to Apply
To qualify for the scholarship guarantee, you must complete the following three easy steps before April 1 of your senior year.
- Submit a 花椒直播 Admission Application.
- You must be degree or certificate seeking, which you can establish on your initial application. College Now or Quick Step? You’ve already applied, so be sure to change your major to declare program of study.
- Submit your official 7th semester high school transcript.
- Complete the primary . Completing this application also makes you eligible for hundreds of other scholarships available to 花椒直播 students. The application requires you to log in with your My花椒直播 username and password. If you just submitted your admission application, your acceptance email will include this information.
Requirements:
- Your enrollment at 花椒直播 must begin the fall semester that begins immediately after your high school graduation.
- You must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours.
- You must declare and be working toward a degree or certificate.
Disbursement
The scholarship funds will be disbursed to you over your first two semesters — with $500 for the fall semester and $500 for the spring semester. You must make satisfactory academic progress (SAP) during your fall semester to receive the spring portion. SAP criteria include achieving a minimum cumulative 花椒直播 GPA of 2.0 with successful completion of 66.667% of all credit hours attempted.
Also Note
The CavGuarantee Scholarship is non-renewable, and the scholarship is not stackable with other institutional scholarships. For example, if you are eligible for another institutional scholarship of greater value, that scholarship will replace the CavGuarantee.
